Terms & Conditions

· A number of hotels will be made available for the winner to choose from. Details of options will be made available by the travelwallet. Bryan & Knott Ltd will contribute a maximum of £250 towards the cost of the weekend break.

· The Weekend in Bath is subject to availability and must be taken before 30^th April 2004. The bookings will be made via The Travel Wallet in Bridgnorth who will confirm the details of the hotel and availability. It is the responsibility of the winner to contact the Travel Wallet to arrange a convenient booking.

· The competitions close to entries at Midnight on 12^th September 2003.

· The draws will take place on 15^th September 2003 and details of the winners will be posted on our website by 19^th September 2003. Winners themselves will be notified by post.

· Only entries including one of the correct statements, as per the instructions, will be entered into the draws.

· Those entries which specify advice is required, will be contacted by an adviser. Although there is no obligation to transact business with Bryan & Knott Ltd, the request for advice must be genuine.

· The winner of the patio heater draw will be offered a choice of the table top heater as advertised on the supplier’s website (product code 505-520CH), or £100 towards a heater from the rest of the range. The £100 contribution will be made direct to the supplier on confirmation of the sale.

· There are no cash alternatives for either prizes.

· We can only accept entries via the website.

· The competition is open to all adults age 18 and over. Only one entry per person will be counted.

· All information you provide will be treated as Confidential and will not be passed to any third parties.
